Former NYAN Assembly Speaker conversed Youths Support for Nura Manu Governorship ambition.

One of the frontline Northern Youths leaders and Nigeria at large Rt. Hon. Ukkasha Hamza Rahama has called on the Nigerian Youths to support the Youths active participation in Government.

He made this declaration in Bauchi while conversing support for the Former Commissioner of Finance Bauchi State and a successful businessman man Nura Manu Soro describing him as the best the State should have as Governor in the next elections.

Rt. Hon. Ukkasha described Nura Manu as the most qualified to occupied the Bauchi State seat of Power in 2023 most anticipating National elections. Youths has for decades kept far away from decision due to lack of our Presence within the corridors of power hence the urgent need to support our own.

The former Commissioner is a relentless Philanthropist, successful businessman and an emerging leader with great immense cordiality who has created employment to thousands of our teaming graduates under his private own business to alliviate the sufferings of the teaming unemployed graduates in Bauchi State and beyond.

Recall that, Nura Manu under his watch has trained a number of our Youths in Bauchi State to be self reliant and has taken upon himself the responsibility of many through his non- Governmental Organisation.

He has set up Micro-credit Finance Bank in the heart of the State that has suffered taken thousands of Youths and women groups off the street through the provision of soft loans. It is on this note and having achieved this at this tender age,We are confident that if elected Governor he has ideas to change the fortunes of the Young generation in Bauchi State and the country at large. He concluded.

Comr. Auwal Suspended from office as National President,Yobe State Students.

The National Union of Yobe State Students (NUYOSS) has announced the suspension of its national President Comr. Auwal Gambo Salisu with immediate effect due alleged blackmail, bribery, corruption and money laundering. In a letter signed by the Rt. Hon. Abdulaziz Maina Isa , the speaker of the Yobe State Students Representatives Assembly and the clerk of the Assembly Comrade Yusuf Lusa (CP) and made available to newsmen in Damaturu. The suspension has the endorsement of the two third majority of the members of the Students Representatives Assembly, National Union of Yobe State Students NUYOSS. By: John Ephraim The National and State Houses of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal holding at Bauchi in the matter of rerun election into the office of senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for Plateau North Senatorial District held on 3rd February, 2024 on Friday, reserved judgement in the petition filed by Yakub Muhammad Shafiu and his NNPP against INEC, Dachungyang Pam Mwadtkom, ADP. Yakubu H. Ruba SAN Lead Counsel for the Petitioners The Petitioners approached the tribunal challenging the declaration of Dachungyang Pam Mwadtkom or 2nd Respondent by INEC (1st Respondent) as the winner of the rerun election. The main ground upon which the petition is predicated is that the 2nd Respondent as of the time of the election, was not qualified to contest the election having allegedly presented a forged certificate to 1st Respondent (INEC). The Petitioners are alleging that the 2nd Respondent in Form EC9 deposed that he obtained FSLC in 1975 and SSCE in 1982.
