Nigeria @60; Rt. Hon. Ukkasha calls on Northern Youths to Emulate Dalori leadership virtues .From: Isaac John .

The speaker of Northern Youths Assembly of Nigeria Rt.Hon. Ukkasha  Hamza Rahama GCNY has as extols Hon. Ali Bukar Dalori APC Chairman Borno State and Chairman APC Chairmen forum of All Progressive Congress (APC) as Nigeria mark it 60th years independence of nationhood.

The speaker made this known to Journalist in Abuja this morning in a brief media chart as part of the Northern Youths Assembly of Nigeria line of Programs to commemorate the country's independence .The speaker said ,Nigeria as a nation has not done enough in reintegrating of Nigerian youths in governance but with the advent of Dolori party leadership of APC in Borno State and by extension as Chairman of APC Chairmen Forum we can say that as youths there are hope for the young generation despite the challenges .

Rt. Hon. Rahama described the leadership style of Hon. Dalori in Nigeria as long over due as youths has been used only as political thugs without reward for their outstanding sacrifices in keeping this country together 60th years after . You journalist know very well how Hon. Dalori has changed the faced of leadership of his party in Borno and you are all witness on how Nigerian youths are trooping in to the ruling party renewing their hopes of more political participation in the governance of Nigeria.

All my life ,I have been an advocate of good governance and youths inclusiveness in running the affairs of their country .Go to Asia and Europe most of their Presidents are of our age but in Nigeria of 60 years of independent the long awaiting dream as leaders of tomorrow is still an illusion .The main reasons why as Northern Youths we chose to support and rally round people like Hon.Dalori though he is not from my state is because of the opportunity and his policies of youths inclusiveness in running the affairs of the party .The speaker said. 

It is on this note that ,I call and urge the Nigerian youths as we mark the 60th anniversary to rally round the likes of Dalori so that in no distance time the youths can take active leadership position in national government as we call on him to take over the leadership of his party at the national level .We strongly believed that he has the leadership qualities that will further incorporates more youths into national affairs of governance in Nigeria if he will shoulder the affairs of the ruling party as National Chairman. He has the passion for youths to participate actively governance in Borno State and in Nigeria in general with his exceptional qualities like those of our founding fathers who fought for the independent .He concluded.

Comr. Auwal Suspended from office as National President,Yobe State Students.

The National Union of Yobe State Students (NUYOSS) has announced the suspension of its national President Comr. Auwal Gambo Salisu with immediate effect due alleged blackmail, bribery, corruption and money laundering. In a letter signed by the Rt. Hon. Abdulaziz Maina Isa , the speaker of the Yobe State Students Representatives Assembly and the clerk of the Assembly Comrade Yusuf Lusa (CP) and made available to newsmen in Damaturu. The suspension has the endorsement of the two third majority of the members of the Students Representatives Assembly, National Union of Yobe State Students NUYOSS. By: John Ephraim The National and State Houses of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal holding at Bauchi in the matter of rerun election into the office of senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for Plateau North Senatorial District held on 3rd February, 2024 on Friday, reserved judgement in the petition filed by Yakub Muhammad Shafiu and his NNPP against INEC, Dachungyang Pam Mwadtkom, ADP. Yakubu H. Ruba SAN Lead Counsel for the Petitioners The Petitioners approached the tribunal challenging the declaration of Dachungyang Pam Mwadtkom or 2nd Respondent by INEC (1st Respondent) as the winner of the rerun election. The main ground upon which the petition is predicated is that the 2nd Respondent as of the time of the election, was not qualified to contest the election having allegedly presented a forged certificate to 1st Respondent (INEC). The Petitioners are alleging that the 2nd Respondent in Form EC9 deposed that he obtained FSLC in 1975 and SSCE in 1982.
