It is unarguable true that the problem of corruption has been in existence since the time immemorial. Corruption is frequent in each and every society and it happens almost everyday. It has several shapes as well as various effects but that varies from one society to another, it deals with subverting public fund, etiolating morals, defalcating staff's benefits, absurdifying tax & fines, political misconduct and decadences in spheres of human endeavours. The wound of corruption has eaten deep down the flesh and melted in veins of fellow countrymen. It usually starts from home between husband and wife, mother and children, down to entire society. It generates a lack of transparency and a lack of control by supervisory institutions, corruption paves way for a non transparent functioning of social, political and economic sectors. Corruption is the dishonest or fraudulent conduct by those in position of power or followers which typically involves bribery. According to Morris (1991)

The coalition of Northern Youth Groups backs nomination of former Nasarawa State Deputy Governor as Chairman National population commission NPC. The Northern Groups Comprising, the Northern Youth Leaders Council(NYLC), North Central Youth Congress(NCYC) Northern Youth Assembly of Nigeria (NYAN), Buhari National Students Support Group (BNSSG) APC Youth Ambassadors have thrown our weight behind the nomination of the former Deputy Governor of Nasarawa State Hon. Silas Ali Agara by president Muhammadu Buhari as Chairman of National population commission NPC. This is based on Hon. Agara's track record as a detribalize Nigerian who has the requisite qualifications and right character to steer the ship of the NPC that will give the country the right demography and census figure for proper planning and development.  As a youthful public figure with an unblemished records,  the President has no doubt, made the right choice that should be supported by all well meaning citizens of the country

The national leadership of Northern Youths Assembly of Nigeria under the Speakership of  Rt.Hon. Ukkasha  Hamza Rahama GCNY has joined other well meaning  Nigerians in congratulating Hon. Ali Bukar Dalori APC Chairman Borno State in to national campaign council for Ondo 2020 State Governorship elections. Rt. Ukkasha disclosed this in a media chart with Journalist in Abuja today shortly after the inauguration of the campaign council today in the nation capital today. He said as a leader of the youths wings in the Northern region of which we spent years advocating for young generations inclusiveness into governance received this news with joy.  The speaker expressed optimism that the all Progressive Congress has all it takes to win the fourth coming Ondo State governorship election scheduled for October this year with Hon.
