The National coordinator of Dalori Vanguard Movement,Rt.Hon.Ukkasha Hamza Rahama has called on Nigerians to priorities credibility and capacity ahead of the 2023 general elections.

He may this known today in Abuja briefing with journalist during the Dalori Vanguard Movement.He said Tinubu/Kashim ticket is the best that will ever happen to the country because both are credible and competent to salvage Nigeria by sustaining the gains of President Muhammadu Buhari.

All Protocol duly observed:  

Firstly, we want to congratulate our great party the All Progressives Congress for a successful unveiling of the action plan for a better Nigeria tagged: RENEWED HOPE 2023 to build upon the gains of this administration while adding new ideas that will deliver democratic dividends and tangible value to all Nigerians.

Secondly, we want to join well-meaning millions of Nigerians and the North East region in Particular; as one of her formidable son from the region is the Vice Presidential Candidate to run with the Presidential Candidate of our great Party the All Progressives Congress (APC). By this gesture, we remain committed, highly humble and hold to highest our Presidential Candidate His Excellency Asiwaju Bola Ahmad Tinubu for allowing credibility and competency to guide his choice in picking his replica in person of His Excellency Senator Kashim Shetima from the North East region.We deem it fit and take upon ourselves as a call to duty as young People who contribute a greater percentage of the Nigerian population to address you on current topic of discussions in Nigerian political space. 

Our constitution has made it clear that it is the right of the Presidential candidate to nominate his running mate in elections and His Excellency Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has done exactly what the law required in picking Senator Kashim Shetima. The emergence of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as our party candidate is the best that ever happens to the ruling All Progressives Congress; him being a renowned Nigerian whose emphasis is always on service to humanity through politics. 

He has built political empires from South down to North marking him as a true reflection of the symbol of National unity that is anchored on building a United and prosperous nation where service delivery, competency and credibility are placed above religious and ethnic dimensions.

The choice of the former Governor of Borno State Senator Kashim Shetima has rewrites the history of Nigeria especially now that the bigotry of tribes and religion has consumed the veins of the Nigerian politics making it difficult for us to strive as a nation. 

The first step of rebuilding the reputation of our country is by winning the war against these ugly political narratives where religion and tribal identities is a dominant discourse hence Tinubu's choice of running mate is guided by wisdom and good track records of achievements, recorded by Senator Kashim Shetima. 

This form the basis of our decision to address this Press Conference to calm the nerves and draw the attention of the general public to be guided by the spirit of brotherhood and patriotism in their choice of words especially in regards to the Tinubu/Kashim APC Presidential ticket. There is absolutely nothing worthy of mentioning in the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to a tune of Muslim-Muslim or Christian-Christian ticket has been peddled around by conflict entrepreneurs. 

The subject of our consideration of Senator Kashim Shetima as a good material for Tinubu is not ceded along his tribe nor his religion but his political wealth of experience as one of the outspoken Nigerian whose relationships as an experience banker, Former Governor of Borno State and Member of the 9th Senate. 

Though, religion has forced itself into the affairs of Governance in Nigeria instead of credibility, competency and delivery hence the urgent to take it out of the business of the Government. Senator Kashim Shetima stood his ground to defend the people of Borno State when the whole North East was under sieged by the insurgent groups. 

He rebuilt, reconstructed and resettled thousands of the displaced sons and daughters of Borno State without paying lip service to his tribes and religion. This is someone who has constructed some world class classrooms for pupils and revived the economy of Borno State amidst doubting treat of the insurgent groups and too many to mentioned successes to his records since joining politics.

His Excellency Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the other hand is a master of the game, a complete gentleman and an embodiment of National Unity who within his clan has a mixture of Muslims and Christians an indication that religion was not a factor that guided his decision in picking Senator Kashim Shetima. Our candidate’s wife, a senior pastor in a church is a clear manifestation of the fact that Tinubu's choice of running mate was best on popularity and credibility to salvage the Nigerian State through enhance capacity building. 

This seems to be the party's best bet to winning the 2023 general elections as any other consideration would spell danger for the party at the polls. Tinubu/Kashim Ticket acceptability and popularity from all and sundry in the Nigeria is unwavering and will give our party victory in the 2023 general elections.The pair of His Excellemcy Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and His Excellency Senator Kashim Shetima has added value to our great party Presidential Ticket and signaling a strong direction to victory in the 2023 General Election.

Comr. Auwal Suspended from office as National President,Yobe State Students.

The National Union of Yobe State Students (NUYOSS) has announced the suspension of its national President Comr. Auwal Gambo Salisu with immediate effect due alleged blackmail, bribery, corruption and money laundering. In a letter signed by the Rt. Hon. Abdulaziz Maina Isa , the speaker of the Yobe State Students Representatives Assembly and the clerk of the Assembly Comrade Yusuf Lusa (CP) and made available to newsmen in Damaturu. The suspension has the endorsement of the two third majority of the members of the Students Representatives Assembly, National Union of Yobe State Students NUYOSS. Yakubu H. Ruba SAN Lead Counsel for the Petitioners The Petitioners approached the tribunal challenging the declaration of Dachungyang Pam Mwadtkom or 2nd Respondent by INEC (1st Respondent) as the winner of the rerun election. The main ground upon which the petition is predicated is that the 2nd Respondent as of the time of the election, was not qualified to contest the election having allegedly presented a forged certificate to 1st Respondent (INEC). The Petitioners are alleging that the 2nd Respondent in Form EC9 deposed that he obtained FSLC in 1975 and SSCE in 1982.
