Groups call on Governor Badaru to join 2023 Presidential citing his credibility.

As the 2023 elections draws near, Aspirants and various organizations of like-minds has started consulting on the likely replacement of His Excellency President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR under the Platform of All Progressive Congress.

The National Coverner who spoke on behalf of the 
the Coalition of Nigerian Youths for Peace and Good Governance (CNYPG) in the cold city of Enugu Aminu Saleh Comrade said they in the South East on a familiarisation visit as a means of exploring the potential of the Governor of Jigawa State Mohammed Badaru Abubakar.

We have decided to tour round the country in our bid to bring together the Youths of this country to support the emergence of Governor as the next President of Nigeria having earned for himself national reputes.

Also Speaking at the event is the Enugu State Coordinator of the group Miss Iheanyi Peace Anayo where she described the Executive Governor of Jigawa State Mohammed Badaru Abubakar as a nationalist and a Nigerian who's giant strides in Jigawa State has put him ahead of his contemporaries.


This is the time for the Nigerian Youths to raise up and support only candidates that has the requisite experience and knowledge of Governance to drive the country from its current realities and this can be achieve if we have leaders like Badaru in place .Our County has been in existence in the last for decades as a Sovereign entity and the need to sustain its Unity by promoting good governance across the length and breadth of the country. 

Governor Badaru is the most qualified to occupied the office of the President of Nigeria in 2023 most anticipating National elections. We have been kept far away from decision making due to lack of our Presence within the corridors of power hence the urgent need to support our own.

The Governor of Jigawa by nature is  a Philanthropist, successful businessman and an emerging leader with great cordiality who's leadership potentials has brought tremendous developments in the areas of Health and Education in the State.Today ,Jigawa State is rated the leading promoter of good governance in Nigeria hence the urgent need for the Youths to take upon themselves this loudable crusade of making history in the country's Democratic institutions.

As a Governor of Jigawa State, he has Created an enabling environment that has suffered attracted a number of employment opportunities to thousands of our teaming graduates under his Private own business and State Government to alliviate the sufferings of the teaming unemployed graduates in Jigawa State and the country at large.

Apart From meeting the Standard and targets set by the UNESCO in Education,He has managed very well and restragising the Network in Jigawa State to make it the Peaceful State despite the raising tensions in the North West region. 

We are out to make a difference and make history by supporting credibility as against sectionalism and regional politics currently dominating our Political Space. They concluded.

Comr. Auwal Suspended from office as National President,Yobe State Students.

The National Union of Yobe State Students (NUYOSS) has announced the suspension of its national President Comr. Auwal Gambo Salisu with immediate effect due alleged blackmail, bribery, corruption and money laundering. In a letter signed by the Rt. Hon. Abdulaziz Maina Isa , the speaker of the Yobe State Students Representatives Assembly and the clerk of the Assembly Comrade Yusuf Lusa (CP) and made available to newsmen in Damaturu. The suspension has the endorsement of the two third majority of the members of the Students Representatives Assembly, National Union of Yobe State Students NUYOSS. They statement barred the suspended President from the premises of the Union untill further directives while investigations are ongoing for the period of two weeks which the said leadership will issue further directives on the matter in question. By: John Ephraim The National and State Houses of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal holding at Bauchi in the matter of rerun election into the office of senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for Plateau North Senatorial District held on 3rd February, 2024 on Friday, reserved judgement in the petition filed by Yakub Muhammad Shafiu and his NNPP against INEC, Dachungyang Pam Mwadtkom, ADP. Yakubu H. Ruba SAN Lead Counsel for the Petitioners The Petitioners approached the tribunal challenging the declaration of Dachungyang Pam Mwadtkom or 2nd Respondent by INEC (1st Respondent) as the winner of the rerun election. The main ground upon which the petition is predicated is that the 2nd Respondent as of the time of the election, was not qualified to contest the election having allegedly presented a forged certificate to 1st Respondent (INEC). The Petitioners are alleging that the 2nd Respondent in Form EC9 deposed that he obtained FSLC in 1975 and SSCE in 1982.
