Sterling construction Development Consultant (SCDC Limited ) has been honoured by the Northern Youths Assembly of Nigeria during its 3rd inauguration held in Abuja.

The outgoing Speaker of the Assembly Rt. Hon. Ukkasha Hamza Rahama described the Award tagged" Northern Youths Assembly of Nigeria ICON of Humanitarian Services and Youths empowerment is coming at the right time and went to the right person.

Mai Borno Dad's the 1st has been very supportive and instrumental in the development of his immediate community of Dass, Bauchi State,the North and the nation because there is no single tribe in Nigeria that has not in one way or the way did not benifitited from his investment.

He has proven to be youths friendly in his actions and the number of youths he has on the payroll of his company Sterling Constitution Development Consultant SCDC Limited are enough to earned him this merit award by this noble and powerful Assembly that cut across the 19th Northern States and the Federal Capital Territory.

This deserving award went to a deserving Nigerian who has all these years commited his time , energy and resources in ensuring that the Youths become employers of labour and not job seekers. I am happy as I bow out of office today as the 2nd Speaker this noble gentleman is here personally to received this ward. He said.

Comr. Auwal Suspended from office as National President,Yobe State Students.

The National Union of Yobe State Students (NUYOSS) has announced the suspension of its national President Comr. Auwal Gambo Salisu with immediate effect due alleged blackmail, bribery, corruption and money laundering. In a letter signed by the Rt. Hon. Abdulaziz Maina Isa , the speaker of the Yobe State Students Representatives Assembly and the clerk of the Assembly Comrade Yusuf Lusa (CP) and made available to newsmen in Damaturu. The suspension has the endorsement of the two third majority of the members of the Students Representatives Assembly, National Union of Yobe State Students NUYOSS. By: John Ephraim The National and State Houses of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal holding at Bauchi in the matter of rerun election into the office of senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for Plateau North Senatorial District held on 3rd February, 2024 on Friday, reserved judgement in the petition filed by Yakub Muhammad Shafiu and his NNPP against INEC, Dachungyang Pam Mwadtkom, ADP. Yakubu H. Ruba SAN Lead Counsel for the Petitioners The Petitioners approached the tribunal challenging the declaration of Dachungyang Pam Mwadtkom or 2nd Respondent by INEC (1st Respondent) as the winner of the rerun election. The main ground upon which the petition is predicated is that the 2nd Respondent as of the time of the election, was not qualified to contest the election having allegedly presented a forged certificate to 1st Respondent (INEC). The Petitioners are alleging that the 2nd Respondent in Form EC9 deposed that he obtained FSLC in 1975 and SSCE in 1982.
