The North EastContact Person of Almakura Campaign Organisation Rt. Hon. Ukkasha Hamza Rahama has Congratulated the re-elected Chairman of All Progressive Congress Borno State chapter Alhaji Ali Bukar Dalori.

He disclosed this in Maiduguri immediately the affirmation of Dalori who returned as  All Progressive Congress Party Chairman of Borno State. The re-emergenced of Dalori for another term is because of his record of performance in the last four years.

I am using this medium to Congratulates the people of Borno State and the All Progressives Congress family in Nigeria Particularly the incoming States Party Chairmen for having this distinguished Nigerian in their midst once again.

He is of great importance and will contributes his wealth of experience in stabilising the leadership of the party ahead of the 2023 elections in sustaining the already established relationship between the 36 States of the Federation having served as Chairman of States APC Chairmen Forum.

As we look forward the party National convention ahead of the next general elections and as a contact person of Almakura Campaign Organisation ,I will work closely with him to tap from his wealth of experience until the ruling APC lost glory is restore. He said.

Comr. Auwal Suspended from office as National President,Yobe State Students.

The National Union of Yobe State Students (NUYOSS) has announced the suspension of its national President Comr. Auwal Gambo Salisu with immediate effect due alleged blackmail, bribery, corruption and money laundering. In a letter signed by the Rt. Hon. Abdulaziz Maina Isa , the speaker of the Yobe State Students Representatives Assembly and the clerk of the Assembly Comrade Yusuf Lusa (CP) and made available to newsmen in Damaturu. The suspension has the endorsement of the two third majority of the members of the Students Representatives Assembly, National Union of Yobe State Students NUYOSS. By: John Ephraim The National and State Houses of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal holding at Bauchi in the matter of rerun election into the office of senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for Plateau North Senatorial District held on 3rd February, 2024 on Friday, reserved judgement in the petition filed by Yakub Muhammad Shafiu and his NNPP against INEC, Dachungyang Pam Mwadtkom, ADP. Yakubu H. Ruba SAN Lead Counsel for the Petitioners The Petitioners approached the tribunal challenging the declaration of Dachungyang Pam Mwadtkom or 2nd Respondent by INEC (1st Respondent) as the winner of the rerun election. The main ground upon which the petition is predicated is that the 2nd Respondent as of the time of the election, was not qualified to contest the election having allegedly presented a forged certificate to 1st Respondent (INEC). The Petitioners are alleging that the 2nd Respondent in Form EC9 deposed that he obtained FSLC in 1975 and SSCE in 1982.
