Rt.Ukkasha commended Cikaren Bauchi for Hospital and support to the needy in Bauchi.

The Speaker of the Northern Youths Assembly of Nigeria Rt.Hon.Ukkasha Hamza Rahama has commended Mohammed A.Umar (Chikaren Bauchi) for finding time during this holy month of Ramadan to visit some ailing sons and daughters of the state. The custom Officer in charge of Plateau State has today visited Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital Bauchi.

The Speaker made the commendation today in Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital Bauchi shortly after visit and asked the well-meaning citizens of the State to emulate this noble man gesture. It is always important as a human being to remember those who are in need of support particularly the sick persons. The Speaker said.

It will be recalls that the Chikaren Bauchi was in Bauchi where he condolence visits to Hajiya Hawa'u (Tamadina) Tijanni Suleiman Darazo ,Sani Sambo and Abdullahi Suleiman Darazo among others who lost their love ones.The custom Officer used the occasion of the visit to shared cash donations to each of the sicked patients in the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital.

The Speaker finally pray for the repose Soul of the Departed and also pray for the quick recovery of those recieving treatment at the hospital and urge others to emulate this good gesture.He concluded.

The National Union of Yobe State Students (NUYOSS) has announced the suspension of its national President Comr. Auwal Gambo Salisu with immediate effect due alleged blackmail, bribery, corruption and money laundering. In a letter signed by the Rt. Hon. Abdulaziz Maina Isa , the speaker of the Yobe State Students Representatives Assembly and the clerk of the Assembly Comrade Yusuf Lusa (CP) and made available to newsmen in Damaturu. Yakubu H. Ruba SAN Lead Counsel for the Petitioners The Petitioners approached the tribunal challenging the declaration of Dachungyang Pam Mwadtkom or 2nd Respondent by INEC (1st Respondent) as the winner of the rerun election. The main ground upon which the petition is predicated is that the 2nd Respondent as of the time of the election, was not qualified to contest the election having allegedly presented a forged certificate to 1st Respondent (INEC). The Petitioners are alleging that the 2nd Respondent in Form EC9 deposed that he obtained FSLC in 1975 and SSCE in 1982.
