Northern Youths Assembly commends Yahaya Bello Quick Intervention between the Northern Traders and South.From: John Ishaya

The National Speaker of Northern Youths Assembly of Nigeria Rt.Hon. Ukkasha Hamza Rahama  has commended His Excellency Yahaya Bello the Executive Governor of Kogi State for his quick intervention on behalf of the Federal Government by weighing in to the crisis that led to temporal suspension of food items from the North to the Southern part of the country.

The Speaker made this commendation while addressing Journalist in Kaduna on Monday morning. He said the suspension of the strike embarked upon by the Almalgamated Union of Food Stuffs and cattles dealers of Nigeria (AUFCDN) after a peace broker by His Excellency Yahaya Bello of Kogi State is highly commendable.He deserve to be commended for his quick intervention which gave way for discussion between the waring forces and now we are all smiling and on no account should we compromise the nation unity.

Rt.Hon. Ukkasha said ,As a country we have past through many tough experience but yet the country keep moving united despite the challenges. I am commending His Excellency Yahaya Bello for his quick intervention on behalf of the presidency which have saved the country from loosing billions because of the controversy.What he has done was in the interest of National cohesion and unity.

I am telling you that ,We cannot afford to say that there is no hope considering our ages now but we are putting together very giant movement to ensure that all the waring forces that are making jokes of our lives lost all the moral grounds to set this country on fire .We are very much aware of the challenges confronting us a nation but we are of the strong believe that we are equal to the task to build a very viable strong country Nigeria. He added .

We are commending His Excellency not because of any political acquaintance but as a defender of  truths , fairness and justice to all  and sundry as lack of these affirmative mentioned twins problems has been the country major concerns. We are happy that the Governor's action is coming few days after the nation has been placed under a doom as a result of the strike embarked upon by the association.We are none partisan and none Political organisation and it doesn't matter who is doing the right or otherwise. On this ,it is Governor Yahaya Bello that is able to do the right at the most appropriate time .He added.

On our part as youths of likesminds ,We are working towards supporting the Government in achieving and sustaining a peaceful country. The youths are the answer and there is no time that we need each other than now .As the National Speaker of Northern Youths Assembly of Nigeria ,I am working round the clock in partnership with other youths organizations across the country to ensure that we collaborate with them to support the Government at all levels in the ensuring that no group or individuals are allow threatening the peaceful coexistence of the nation.He concluded.

Comr. Auwal Suspended from office as National President,Yobe State Students.

The National Union of Yobe State Students (NUYOSS) has announced the suspension of its national President Comr. Auwal Gambo Salisu with immediate effect due alleged blackmail, bribery, corruption and money laundering. In a letter signed by the Rt. Hon. Abdulaziz Maina Isa , the speaker of the Yobe State Students Representatives Assembly and the clerk of the Assembly Comrade Yusuf Lusa (CP) and made available to newsmen in Damaturu. The suspension has the endorsement of the two third majority of the members of the Students Representatives Assembly, National Union of Yobe State Students NUYOSS. Yakubu H. Ruba SAN Lead Counsel for the Petitioners The Petitioners approached the tribunal challenging the declaration of Dachungyang Pam Mwadtkom or 2nd Respondent by INEC (1st Respondent) as the winner of the rerun election. The main ground upon which the petition is predicated is that the 2nd Respondent as of the time of the election, was not qualified to contest the election having allegedly presented a forged certificate to 1st Respondent (INEC). The Petitioners are alleging that the 2nd Respondent in Form EC9 deposed that he obtained FSLC in 1975 and SSCE in 1982.
