Ambassador Bappare Mohammed FNY National Convener of Northern Youths Consultative Initiative (NYCI) has described the leadership of the Central Bank of Nigeria led by Godwin Emefele as timely and worthy of emulation. He made this Statements in Yola the capital of Adamawa State in a media pally with some team of Journalist.

He said , Nigerians has almost lost faith in the economy of the country during the outbreak of covig-19 that ravaged the world and Nigeria in Particular but Emefele dogmatic courage and style of economic experience has restored within a short possible time millions of jobs lost . I must commend President Muhammadu Buhari for thinking outside the box of tribes, regional affiliations and religion by reappointing Emefele back to office which all of us are celebrating.


As we all know, Nigeria is one of the biggest economy in Africa, through the giant stride of Mr Emefiele, the country was able to be out of recession first in 2017 and second one in 2021 which is highly commendable. The Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria has change the fortunes of millions of Nigerians through his banking reforms that priorities interventions in different sectors of the economy through revamping Agricultural and Small Scale business .He added.

We calling on other key Political Appointees in Nigeria especially serving presently to follow suits by joining and borrowing the template of the Governor of the Central Bank Godwin Emefele in order to take this country out of its current happenings.It is worthy to note that, our collective actions will make this country great and become enviable among the committee of nations. He concluded.

Comr. Auwal Suspended from office as National President,Yobe State Students.

The National Union of Yobe State Students (NUYOSS) has announced the suspension of its national President Comr. Auwal Gambo Salisu with immediate effect due alleged blackmail, bribery, corruption and money laundering. In a letter signed by the Rt. Hon. Abdulaziz Maina Isa , the speaker of the Yobe State Students Representatives Assembly and the clerk of the Assembly Comrade Yusuf Lusa (CP) and made available to newsmen in Damaturu. The suspension has the endorsement of the two third majority of the members of the Students Representatives Assembly, National Union of Yobe State Students NUYOSS. By: John Ephraim The National and State Houses of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal holding at Bauchi in the matter of rerun election into the office of senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for Plateau North Senatorial District held on 3rd February, 2024 on Friday, reserved judgement in the petition filed by Yakub Muhammad Shafiu and his NNPP against INEC, Dachungyang Pam Mwadtkom, ADP. Yakubu H. Ruba SAN Lead Counsel for the Petitioners The Petitioners approached the tribunal challenging the declaration of Dachungyang Pam Mwadtkom or 2nd Respondent by INEC (1st Respondent) as the winner of the rerun election. The main ground upon which the petition is predicated is that the 2nd Respondent as of the time of the election, was not qualified to contest the election having allegedly presented a forged certificate to 1st Respondent (INEC). The Petitioners are alleging that the 2nd Respondent in Form EC9 deposed that he obtained FSLC in 1975 and SSCE in 1982.
