LAND OWNERSHIP IN NIGERIA: BEFORE THE SHIP FINALLY CAPSIZE.By: Musa Ibrahim.

They were not given water though they are full Nigerians, they were never given education as other nationals (namadic schl neglected with no teachers and delapidated structures of 80s).They are traditional incubate with nature in forest covered with trees and dew in rainy season, more of conservationists with no complaint, it comes to a time at early 90s were few politicians and religion extremist especially in North Central plan to wipe out  these people in the following States (Benue, Tafawa Balewa of Bauchi and zongon kataf of kaduna state) the killings continues to spread to zamfara and sokoto it persist until they learn to fight back.

It has reached a point where even those Fulanis living in the bush in every angle of Nigeria is now in fear that the next tab of his shoulder would be that of a local armed moderer supported by his state govnor ( DAN BANGA, OPERATION RAINBOW, AMOTEKUN ETC) and that touch would be the end of his life. These Security outfits has succeeded in sending countless un armed and innocent Fulanis to their early grave with little or no government concern to that effect .These neglect of the authorities concern and government alikes has force many law abiding citizens particularly Fulanis to become defendants of their ancestral wealth (Cattles ) as the last option. We cannot continue to compromise the real issues and keep padding that we are looking for solutions that we all know .

Today I cannot and will not ever deny the fact that this people (prey) become fearless, rude and brutal. In our way as a nation in profering solutions to the killings Ruga settlement was suggested, presidency agreed on the resettlement program on each and every state of Nigeria 🇳🇬, the program was bash by sentimental men, that why the Fulanis?.Inview of this most Governors rejected to offer land for the program, the few from the north offer a lips service with nothing till today. We supported Ruga settlement not becouse we will be beneficiaries but we agreed that this will be the permanent solution to this lingering problems.

It is disheartening that even those who proposed the idea of Ruga show little or no commitment apart from paper template .This long abandoned principles of adhering to the rules and regulations guiding pastorism in Nigeria are the real reasons we are in this mess . Governors who cannot pay entitlements of workers neither construct a single road in their respective States were the frontliners in the campaign against the Ruga settlement supported greatly by conflict entrepreneurs .The religious and traditional leaders ended up damaging the reputation of this most viable program using some sections of the media to scuttled this plan and here we are paying for this mess irrespective of our religion ,tribes and regional identities .

The beginning of all crisis in Nigeria and anywhere in the world is injustice and this is long injustices and inhuman maltreatment of these shoeless boys is what we are all battling for . As I speak the shoeless boys are hunting their previous hunters and acquiring land themselves. The constitution has laws that guide the use of all lands in the country and some State Governors vehemently refuse to allow these armless Fulanis to use for economic purposes .Today, these Fulanis are occupying almost if not all the forest linking Niger, kaduna, plateau, zamfara and  sokoto States. The Political language Herdsmen targeted at Mr President will end up consuming everybody long as we ignore the solutions and keep chanting knowing the history of these shoeless boys.

This is the reality that every Nigerian must know.  t is Good we tell the truth so that solution will be proffer otherwise, the shipis about to capsize. The major problem facing these helpless and shoeless boys is how some of their leaders has turned them to a cash cow owing to that fact that it is only a criminal of Fulani identity that are bailing themselves over 500,000 per person .This is the root cause,unless and until the right is done sooner or later the ship will sink us all .The piece is aim at defending the attrocities of some Fulani bad eggs but it fighting issues of this complixity then we must all agreed those perpratriating these evils are criminals irrespective of their language and religion identity .We have seen other tribes commiting terror against other tribes but they are called GUN MEN while the Fulani scenerio is becoming an issue. The crying sheep knows where she got it wrong and knows exactly where and how to fix it .

Comr. Auwal Suspended from office as National President,Yobe State Students.

The National Union of Yobe State Students (NUYOSS) has announced the suspension of its national President Comr. Auwal Gambo Salisu with immediate effect due alleged blackmail, bribery, corruption and money laundering. In a letter signed by the Rt. Hon. Abdulaziz Maina Isa , the speaker of the Yobe State Students Representatives Assembly and the clerk of the Assembly Comrade Yusuf Lusa (CP) and made available to newsmen in Damaturu. The suspension has the endorsement of the two third majority of the members of the Students Representatives Assembly, National Union of Yobe State Students NUYOSS. By: John Ephraim The National and State Houses of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal holding at Bauchi in the matter of rerun election into the office of senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for Plateau North Senatorial District held on 3rd February, 2024 on Friday, reserved judgement in the petition filed by Yakub Muhammad Shafiu and his NNPP against INEC, Dachungyang Pam Mwadtkom, ADP. Yakubu H. Ruba SAN Lead Counsel for the Petitioners The Petitioners approached the tribunal challenging the declaration of Dachungyang Pam Mwadtkom or 2nd Respondent by INEC (1st Respondent) as the winner of the rerun election. The main ground upon which the petition is predicated is that the 2nd Respondent as of the time of the election, was not qualified to contest the election having allegedly presented a forged certificate to 1st Respondent (INEC). The Petitioners are alleging that the 2nd Respondent in Form EC9 deposed that he obtained FSLC in 1975 and SSCE in 1982.
