Lame distributes palliatives to ease people sufferings during Ramadan/lockdown.

Bashir Yakubu Lame one of the Frontline sons of Toro local government of Bauchi State who is presently the chief of staff Bauchi State Emirate council and one time aspirant into federal house of Representatives in 2019 general elections under the platform of the rulling all progressive Congress has distributed palliatives to ease the sufferings been face during Ramadan accompanied by COVID-19 regulations .

Our correspondent who was at the event said ,the humanitarian Bashir Yakubu Lame distributed hundreds back of rice ,sugar and Millet to helped the vulnerable during this trying times of the world history and Nigeria inclusive . Speaking to one correspondent one of the beneficiaries Mallam Mustapha Abdulrahman aged 67 said this is the first time that someone will look at him and render help for his age despite the fact he never met Lame in person . He spoke in Hausa " yaro kaga ni badan siyasa bane amma batare da la'akari da shekaru na ba wanna bawan Allah muna masa fatan alheri . He concludes by saying munyi babban kuskure damu tura shi abuja ba amma lokaci na nan zuwa ,he said this in a laughter mood .

Many of the beneficiaries said ,they are short of words with this gesture with many asked failed to respond rather when into tears as their demands has been made unexpected by Bashir Yakubu Lame who they said is a direct reciprocal of his late father of blessed memory.

The National Union of Yobe State Students (NUYOSS) has announced the suspension of its national President Comr. Auwal Gambo Salisu with immediate effect due alleged blackmail, bribery, corruption and money laundering. In a letter signed by the Rt. Hon. Abdulaziz Maina Isa , the speaker of the Yobe State Students Representatives Assembly and the clerk of the Assembly Comrade Yusuf Lusa (CP) and made available to newsmen in Damaturu. The suspension has the endorsement of the two third majority of the members of the Students Representatives Assembly, National Union of Yobe State Students NUYOSS. Yakubu H. Ruba SAN Lead Counsel for the Petitioners The Petitioners approached the tribunal challenging the declaration of Dachungyang Pam Mwadtkom or 2nd Respondent by INEC (1st Respondent) as the winner of the rerun election. The main ground upon which the petition is predicated is that the 2nd Respondent as of the time of the election, was not qualified to contest the election having allegedly presented a forged certificate to 1st Respondent (INEC). The Petitioners are alleging that the 2nd Respondent in Form EC9 deposed that he obtained FSLC in 1975 and SSCE in 1982.
